The Story
In Q1 2024, we started a completely new project that the team had never worked on before. We experienced intense anxiety, stress, and even burnout to meet the app release deadline.
With only 10 days left, the invisible pressure increased among team members and between teams to ensure timely coordination.
Not forgetting the afternoon tea breaks, hurried meals, and even late-night calls…

The app launched successfully in September 2024, quickly growing to serve 2M+ users. In January 2025, I was honored to receive the Top Contributing Employee award from the IT Department at MWG (thegioididong.com) — a recognition of the team's relentless effort and my personal contributions to the Avakids project.
